What is the most violent/disturbing/disgusting metal song and music video?

I'm asking this for a friend of mine that's really into death metal,
but he doesn't get online much. I'm looking for people's opinions of
what is the most violent/disturbing/disgusting metal song and music
video (for said song).

We'd probably have to look in the death metal and thrash metal genres
for this. Anything so obscene that it can't be shown on regular TV,
can't be played on regular radio, and can't be sold to a minor?
Someone that could make people so sick that they throw up?

Hmm, there was a Norwegian def-met band who's vocalist committed suicide and
the cover picture was of him laying there with his brains blown out.
Can't remember their name though....
